Journey to becoming a Full Stack Developer

It wasn't until my fourth actuarial rotation that I discovered my passion for software development. During my time as an actuary at Liberty Mutual Insurance, I learned that I most enjoyed the technical aspects of work, such as building out tools and applications that would help quantify the risk the company was facing. This inspired me to take a Javascript course on Udemy in my free time, and from there I was hooked! From that point on, I decided to change careers and have now been working for over 3 years as a software engineer and love it!
